The independent London Drugs Commission was established by the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, in 2022, with the aim of examining the use, impact and policing of cannabis in the city and making recommendations for legal and policy reform.
I co-led a team at UCL, with Ben Bradford, tasked with synthesising the evidence base to inform the Commission’s work. The final LDC report is available here. My reflections on the Commission are here.
